Eligibility

Volunteer Task Force (VTF) services are intended to maximise the ability of people to live independently in the community. You may be eligible to receive VTF services if you:

• are older and frail and having difficulty with everyday tasks
• have a disability
• are currently living independently in the community.

Are you eligible?

All new VTF clients are assessed for eligibility. Contact the Commonwealth Respite and Carelink Centre on 1800 052 222. They will ask some questions to determine whether you are eligible for the program and will arrange an assessment if appropriate. You will then be referred to the most appropriate support. You can ask for Volunteer Task Force services, if available.
